Employee Health, Safety and Well-being

Employee welfare is treated as a core responsibility. Safety governance is embedded at manufacturing facilities through dedicated Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) teams and safety officers, supported by well-equipped Occupational Health Centres (OHCs) at major facilities, including ambulance support.

Safety capability is institutionalised through regular training and awareness workshops, safety talks before work allocation (including for contract workmen), and operating systems such as work permits, mock drills, incident reporting and root-cause prevention. Emergency preparedness is maintained through regularly updated on-site emergency plans and drills, supported by installed firefighting systems and trained responders.

Customer Health, Safety and Product Responsibility

Customer safety is governed through defined accountability at business and functional leadership levels, supported by sales and marketing, R&D, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs and related teams. Product responsibility is reinforced through up-to-date safety information (including MSDS), and quality systems that ensure packaging and labelling conform to customer specifications, international guidelines and applicable regulations.
