On September 7, 2016, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, whereby companies are required to identify and upload information regarding unclaimed amounts due to be transferred to IEPF on the IEPF Authority’s website and also on its own website.
Accordingly, the details of such unpaid / unclaimed amounts alongwith their respective due dates for transfer to IEPF are provided for the benefit of investors. The Shareholders / Depositors may please claim their unclaimed / unpaid amount due to them by making a request to the Company giving their particulars before the same are transferred to the IEPF.

Sub Division of Shares
Each equity share of Rs.5/- of the Company was sub-divided into 5 equity shares of Re.1/- each on March 24, 2006. Accordingly, credit was given to the shareholders holding shares in electronic segment on March 25, 2006 and new certificates were sent to other shareholders who surrendered existing share certificates.
Any member who has not received the sub-divided shares, may write to the Registrar & Share Transfer Agents (RTA) of the Company.
Members may kindly note that subsequent to sub-division, old share certificates of Rs. 5/- each have ceased to be operative and tradable. As such members holding share certificates of Rs. 5/- each are requested.
Not to sell/tender the old share certificates for demat, and to forward the same to the Company's RTA at the address mentioned below for release of new share certificates there against :
